Newcastle set to Reinforce Troops for Attaining Former Glory : As the new owners of Newcastle has stepped in the field they have already started eyeing for talents. Eddie Howe is already set to work, and he is on a goal to rebuild Newcastle United to reach its new heights. The Club has already targeted the England International player Kieran Trippier as his first signing since Eddie Howe has taken in charge.
Kieran Trippier being one of the star players in La Liga winning the league title last season with Atletico Madrid was also named in the La Liga team of the year. Talks have been ongoing between the two clubs and Newcastle have submitted a formal bid for the star England defender. As the talks were going down Diego Simeone, Atletico Madrid’s manager commented that “it is up to Trippier now, he has to decide if he wants to leave or not” and “we will move on with his decision”.

Not only that Newcastle have their eyes on other stars too, to strengthen their squad. The club also wants to sign the Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on loan in January with a view to a £20m summer transfer. Not only that but reports have also mentioned that the club is set to make a sensational swoop for the ex-Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum, who is currently in Paris Saint Germain.

The mega-rich club is not only stopping there but they are also ready to fight for Calvin Ramsey after Watford had launched an auction for the Aberdeen kid. Ousmane Dembele is also a targeted player for many clubs. The club has high hopes for signing the Catalonian player Ousmane Dembele, although they will be dealing a big blow as the Red Devils (Manchester United) have also entered the race to sign the player.
However, the club has had a poor season this year and currently is in 19th position. To avoid relegation, they must perform well in their next few games. It’s no doubt that Newcastle have set the expectation very high. Will this be a boon or a bane for the new players to come only time will tell?
